Because we’re a small team, we handle returns and exchanges thoughtfully to keep our prices fair and our service personal. Below is our policy explaining how returns and exchanges work and why we’re only able to offer store credit rather than cash refunds.
Refund Policy - The Basics
Defects or Concerns Returns (Regular-Priced Items)

If you receive an item with a defect or a concern, please email us at order@atmartisan.com within 48 hours of delivery. Your happiness matters to us, and we will respond quickly to resolve the issue. If the item is faulty or we made an error, we will cover return postage and arrange a replacement or store credit.

You have 14 calendar days from the date you receive your order to request a return.

Items must be unused, in the same condition as received, and returned in their original packaging to be eligible.

Unless the return is due to our error (damaged or incorrect item), return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

If you request a return label, the cost of that label and any return shipping charges will be deducted from your store credit.
Refunds and Store Credit

Because we are a small business with limited cash flow, we do not issue cash refunds. Instead, approved returns are issued as store credit. This helps us keep our operations running and continue offering the quality items and service you expect.

Once we inspect and approve your returned item, we will email you store credit for the amount of your purchase, minus the original shipping cost and any return shipping costs (unless we are at fault).

If the return is due to our error or a defective item, we will cover return postage and issue full store credit or send a replacement.
Exchanges

If you’d like an exchange, we’ll ship the replacement item within 24 hours of receiving the returned item, subject to stock availability and our shipping policy. If an exact exchange isn’t available, we will issue store credit for the item value.
Order Changes & Cancellations

You may change or cancel your order online any time before it ships.

If you choose to cancel before shipping, we can provide store credit. Once an order has shipped, we cannot cancel it with the carrier.

After you request a cancellation, please allow 2–3 business days for the cancellation to be processed. Store credit will be emailed once the cancellation is complete.
Sale Items

ALL SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL and cannot be returned, exchanged, or redeemed for store credit.
