ATM Artisan ships within the United States only.
Shipping rates vary approximately $35 per item. We do not currently offer international shipping.

Shipping Policy - The Basics
Order Fulfillment
All orders require 2-3 business days to process before shipping.
Orders placed Monday–Friday after 5 PM EST will begin processing the next business day.
In-stock items ship within 3-5 business days.
Made-to-order items ship within 8-12 weeks, allowing time for careful craftsmanship.
All orders are processed pending item availability and payment verification. If there are any issues or delays with your order, ATM Artisan will contact you directly via email.
Tracking & Shipping Responsibility

All packages include delivery confirmation tracking.

Please note that we can only provide tracking information as supplied by the carrier.

Once your package leaves our shipping facility, ATM Artisan is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or delayed packages.

If an issue occurs during transit, please contact the shipping carrier directly using your tracking number.

If your package arrives damaged, or if you believe it may have been lost, please email us immediately at orders@atmartisan.com.

Changes can only be made before your order leaves our facility. Once shipped, rerouting may be attempted but cannot be guaranteed.
